“In April of 2011, I contracted with CCS to replace my balcony. The replacement was complicated by the fact the balcony was cantilevered. Which simply means the beams supporting the balcony were anchored inside my home. This required the partial removal of my living room ceiling.
The construction and the replacement of my living room ceiling were done extremely well. The men who did the job were professionals. They did not make noise. They did not play a radio. They did not eat or smoke on the job-site. They cleaned up the site every night before they left.
